Steven Aynes has accepted the Employment Agreement for Township Manager as set forth by the Northfield Township Board of Trustees. Steven is set to begin in the township office on July 31st.
Steven has worked in management positions for the past 40 years, primarily in local government. He has a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Public Administration, and a Master's degree in Public Administration. His most recent position has been as an Executive Director for Central Wayne County Sanitation Authority. Steven's background includes developing Master Plan and Zoning Regulations, sanitary sewer systems operations and improvements, and development of downtown areas and public parks incorporating commercial and recreational uses. His wealth of knowledge will be greatly beneficial to our community, and we look forward to having him in the office.
